Sam works in oil pastels, coloured inks, scraffito and the innovative fingers-and-thumbs technique. Her quirky character, Mr Mustard, in his gloriously mundane adventures has been reproduced as cards and limited edition prints. Sam says she is an incredibly modest individual who would respectfully advise you, if you like her work at all, to buy one of her masterpieces sooner rather than later, because if she gets any more famous you won’t be able to afford one...

Jack Vettriano

Interest in Jack Vettriano’s work has grown considerably in recent years, and his paintings are very popular. From his struggling, self-taught beginnings to becoming the best selling poster artist in the world, Vettriano was awarded an OBE for Services to the Visual Arts, and a South Bank Show documentary about his life and work entitled him ‘The People's Painter’. His work combines humour with the feeling of being a spectator in an unfolding drama.
