ART TREK 2011

Art Trek, now in its eigth year is an event where artists show their work to the public.  This is a unique opportunity to meet and talk with them, learn about their techniques and the creative process - and better still, perhaps purchase a piece of local art direct from the people who created it!

Art trek 2011 spans three weekends in June from the 10th to the 26th.  Here at Artstore Gallery we shall be showcasing the work of two local artists - Keiron Leach and Tim Saunders.

Keiron Leach lives in North Devon and inspired by his local surroundins, he produces work using a variety of inks and watercolours, focusing on the interplay of light, dark, abstact shapes and rhythms that exist within the landscape.

Tim Saunders' paintings are derived from sketches made in the local landscape.  Working expressively in oil, recent forays into abstraction have influenced his new landscapes.
